Important Note:
Pick-up & Drop facility is available from hotels in Jawai only with Private Safari Booking. For Private Safari bookings, guests can either make full payment or pay an advance amount of ₹1000 per vehicle per safari. The remaining amount can be paid on arrival.
Booking & Reservation Policy
- All safari confirmation will be booked online only.
- Advance or full payment will be required for the safari confirmation.
- Booking done on WhatsApp message or phone call is not acceptable.
- Please check availability before proceeding for safari booking.
- Maximum 6 persons is permitted in 1 vehicle.
Cancellation & Refund Timeline
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your private safari booking, our standard refund schedule applies based on how many days prior to the safari date your request is submitted:

Rescheduling & Modification Policy
- If you wish to change your safari date or timing, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
- Rescheduling requests must be shared via Email or WhatsApp at least 72 hours before the original safari timing.
- All safari changes are subject to vehicle availability.
Force Majeure & Special Cancellations
- In rare situations such as heavy rain, flash floods, unsafe weather conditions, or sudden government/forest department restrictions, the safari may be canceled for guest safety.
- In such cases, guests can choose either a 100% refund or free rescheduling to another available date.
- Leopard sightings depend completely on natural wildlife movement. Although Jawai has a very high leopard sighting success rate, sightings cannot be guaranteed on every safari.
- Refunds cannot be claimed in case leopard sightings do not happen during the safari.
Refund Processing Time
Once a cancellation request is made through our system, the refund process is straight onward:

Formal Verification
Our team reviews your booking and checks the exact timeframe of your cancellation request against our policy.
STEP 2
Payment Reversal
The approved refund amount is processed via your original payment method or initiated through our secure payment gateway (UPI, or Direct Bank Transfer).
STEP 3
Bank Credit
The funds will reflect into your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending entirely on your banking institution's processing speed.
